Before crossing the Atlantic Ocean David and I were interviewed by the British magazine “Sailing Today”.
As you can see in the picture, I was in the middle of provisioning.
They also published my recipe “Bintje Asparagus with Prawns”, which is a Belgian version of a jacket potato with hollandaise sauce, asparagus and prawns.
