My new addiction: Speculoos spread!

IMG_8038 copy 2

This recipe is easy and worthwhile. It’s an addictive spread and the base to make “Speculoos Latte”.

SPECULOOS SPREAD

What do you need?

• 1 tin Nestle sweetened condensed milk (I take fat free)
• 160 gram “speculoos” biscuits (bought or homemade; see recipe posted earlier)

How?

In a food processor, grind the biscuits as fine as possible.

Add the condensed milk, while blending.

Mix in the food processor for 2 minutes on high speed.

You will be surprised by the wonderful aroma.

Serve immediately on top of bread, toast, pancakes…

Keep in the fridge up to 2 weeks.

Smakelijk!

Ps: For a less sweet result, use unsweetened condensed milk and add sugar up to your taste.
