Speculoos Latte


This is my favourite “drink before bed-time” at the moment.
You can also serve this as a “light dessert”, after a heavy dinner.
For a more adult version, just add a dash of scotch or rum.


Serves 2.

What do you need?

• 400 ml milk
• 2 tbsp. speculoos spread (view recipe posted earlier)



Heat up the milk in a pan.
Stir in the speculoos spread.

If you like the adult version, add a dash of your favourite liquor.
